i want to start this post from now like my today color mood and ill develop this "today"category for so many other things.so i spend time in organized thing and not lazying around :D
i think i eat a variety of food but my tummy still not satisfied with what given her
i had carrot(mix with apple and celery) juice/crunchy kraker with honey/and later a Nescafe.
some hours after that for lunch i had : mash potato/pirashki(persian stuffed)/one nice and pink grapefruit and a bit later a fresh mango wich i blend it with ice
and now for dinner i had cheese soup/kashke bademjon with green kraker
and i had some cold mineral water in between too
that was all...:D
but my tummy is making sound ...stop it please:P
